Job Description Job summary: Responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments and run optimum day-to-day operations to achieve operational monthly targets and ensure exceeding our customers’ expectations. Job Requirements • BS degree in engineering with emphasis on Production / Industrial. • 7+ years’ experience in same position in steel structure field is a must. • total experience from 10-15 years of experience. • Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills. • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources). • Familiar with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise. • Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes. • ERP system user. • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
